{"id":226,"date":"2011-08-30T07:22:17","date_gmt":"2011-08-30T07:22:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.port-de-pontrieux.fr\/beta\/?page_id=226"},"modified":"2022-06-28T17:25:55","modified_gmt":"2022-06-28T17:25:55","slug":"article-11-%e2%80%93-formalities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/port-de-roanne.fr\/en\/the-harbourmasters-office\/regulations-for-the-roanne-marina\/article-11-%e2%80%93-formalities\/","title":{"rendered":"ARTICLE 11 \u2013 FORMALITIES"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>ARTICLE 11 \u2013 FORMALITIES<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On arrival in the Port, the boat can be temporarily moored to the quay or to a pontoon while the boat owner reports to personnel in the Capitainerie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mooring of a boat must be authorized on the premises by the staff of Suez managing the port.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each new arrival outside of business hours, as well as on Sunday and holidays, <strong>must be reported by contacting the Capitainerie during opening hours <\/strong>so that personnel can anticipate and allocate either the reserved mooring place or plan for a temporary mooring place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Opening hours of the Capitainerie :<\/p>\n<p>High Season : 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 18:30 from Monday to Saturday Low Season : 9:30 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Every boat entering the domain of the concession and stopping over must, upon arrival, make a declaration of entry to the port&#8217;s office indicating :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the name, characteristics, and the \u201cl&#8217;acte de francisation\u201d OR boat&#8217;s registration number,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the owner&#8217;s name and address,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the name and address of the owner&#8217;s agent in the absence of the crew, and the contact details of the person appointed as the owner&#8217;s representative,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>proof of insurance for the boat, removal of wreck expenses, and personal liability, at a minimum,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the planned departure date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>\u00a0<\/h1>\n<p>In the event of a modification of this date, a corrected declaration must be made without delay at the Capitainerie of the port.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The mooring fee will be payable in advance at the time of entry into the conceded area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A departure declaration must be made with the Agents of Concessionaire at the time of final exit from the port.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The use of services offered by the Concessionaire are subject to :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a request for information on uses from the Agents of the Concessionaire,<\/li>\n<li>prior payment of the corresponding fees,<\/li>\n<li>presentation of the equipment and premises These services concern the availability of :<\/li>\n<li>toilets and showers<\/li>\n<li>electrical terminals, frost-proof underground water taps, wifi, and are not<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARTICLE 11 \u2013 FORMALITIES \u00a0 On arrival in the Port, the boat can be temporarily moored to the quay or to a pontoon while the boat owner reports to personnel in the Capitainerie.
